When do I get paid for a client referral?
We issue client referral payments after the first invoice is paid with a minimum budget of $5,000 USD.
What period of time does the payout extend?
We attribute the budget as all revenue agreed upon in the initial contract and during the course of 1 year afterwards.
When do I get paid for a talent referral?
We value all referrals you can bring us. Once someone you have referred secures a client contract and bills at least 80 hours the payment will be issued within net 15.
What kind of talent can I refer?
We specialize in staffing senior level software engineers and work primarily in the following tech stacks: React, Ruby on Rails, Node, React Native, iOS (Swift), Android (Java and Kotlin). We also work with DevOps and QA engineers. We also work with visual designers that specialize in User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), interaction designers and visual designers.
How do you issue a payment?
Our payments provider is Wise which will be used to issue a bank to bank payment. All payments to US workers or US citizens abroad require a W-9 and will be issued a 1099 for tax purposes.
Do you have a minimum budget for clients?
Yes, we only accept projects with a minimum budget of $20,000 USD.
What kind of client referrals do you accept?
We appreciate all referrals but we specifically only work with angel funded, accelerator backed, ventured backed, or commercial businesses with gross annual revenue geater than $1M.
What kinds of industries or technologies do you specialize in?
We works across all industries and verticals, but we special in modern technology stacks in including Node, React, React Native, Ruby, Python, iOS and Android development. Our industry expertise includes E-Commerce Hospitality, Travel, Consumer, Mobile, B2C, B2B, and Social Media.
